The brothers behind Cold Flower
Proudly serving
New York City
A Heritage of Sweetness. Crafted for the Modern Palate.
Cold Flower started from two brothers, born and raised in New York. We love ice cream, we're a bit crazy about it. And we love our culture and the flavors we grew up with. We thought this would be a perfect way to bring the two together and put a spotlight on some of the very best ice cream we grew up enjoying.
For a city that has everything, there was one thing we could never find: Persian Ice Cream. So we learned to make it ourselves — reading, asking, and churning batch after batch.
Every recipe honors the traditions of our ancestors while belonging to the city we are from. Our ingredients are 100% Halal, sourced with the same care our grandmothers used in their kitchens.
Whether you are reconnecting with the tastes of your childhood or discovering Persian and Afghan ice cream for the first time, we invite you to experience the magic of Cold Flower.
